You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court located in Site or the United States District Court for the Phoenix. You agree to waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days of such informal resolution attempt, either party may bring a formal proceeding in accordance with this section.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
